All students need peers with differences, ethnic, economic, religious, developmental and physical to experience the world as it is.

We all need each other for our similarities and our differences, our origins and experiences. And not just children. How fortunate we are to live in a world of many colors and types of flowers.

Dear WSJ, I believe it's time to move on and to be more engaged with other ethnicities. What you write today is showing how we still live in racial societies and we cannot leave it behind us.Only Media,(WSJ) is in charge or providing and supplying discrimination unfortunately.

I think the ideal situation is for as many schools as possible to match national racial and economic demographics as closely as possible.

Black students need safe schools where learning takes place. The failing inner city schools, whose teachers and their unions fight charters, are not exactly models of integration. This is bull-feathers.

Black students needing white peers is about as racist as one can get. How about black peers for white students? There's a lot of successful African Americans
