Isn’t this a huge monopolization hazard for the film industry?

who cares? Disney gets X Men back. that’s what matters!

Because there will be an environment with much less diversity of opinion across much of the film industry, and they will be able to lower the pay of everyone involved in the filmmaking process except for Disney.

they will still make more money than you, so what’s your point? and diversity of opinion is not needed in Hollywood. go watch an independent film for that Liberal crap. there’s plenty.

It’s not about what I make, or what I believe. A widely available diversity of opinions is imperative for everyone, otherwise the views of society will stagnate. And wealth concentrating at the top is terrible, even if those being paid are relatively rich compared to the average.

monopoly doesn’t apply to Hollywood because no one is ever forced to buy a movie ticket, nor is it a necessity of life. any company will do what they need to do to keep us coming.

You’re a real nice guy. Monopolization limits ideas , and Hollywood isn’t immune. I’m surprised you’re disagreeing with me here, since you seem to be a conservative; who typically believe Hollywood is too liberal.

Remember those @espn layoffs due to over bidding on events? Sham! This deal is clearly monopolistic, yet with wording & loopholes it mostly slides through. Then expect more layoffs. Disney where dreams die!
