        To clarify, this deal includes only REGIONAL sports networks (eg. YES, Fox Sports West). Fox TV network, FS1 stay with News Corp. Per Iger, WDC's prime interest was in positioning the co to compete w/Netflix & Amazon in the streaming distro business model. Sports seems secondary.
