        Structure the rate over term period from 22% (first two yrs) 21% (yrs 3&4) 20% yrs 5 to 10... (Capital Gains tax Deductibility was always done similarly) 🙈🤷🏼‍♀️

        They are currently paying 35%, and they're fighting over 20% or 22%. Get serious. A 15+% decrease and you argue over 2%. Ridiculous.
