They don’t want political diversity, they want to indoctrinate them. Total B-S. They didn’t care before the election but all of a sudden it’s a big deal. Whatevs.

Aside from geographic and financial issues, there is a real cultural problem. These kids never going to escape from these areas if their parents don’t value education. Good to see some getting an opportunity.

I escaped decades ago. Poverty isn’t the main problem; it’s the tiny world view. It’s a shame to see smart kids trapped there. Some go to college, some join the military, some never get out.

Well Clayton, some people may not want to live near folks like you for the next 40 years. Been there, done that. Good luck, kids.

They have brainwashed the metropolitan students and want to do the same to the conservative rural students as part of the progressive takeover plan. It is all about future control.

Recent surveys show mounting skepticism, especially among Trump’s constituents, about the cost and worth of college. Republican lawmakers have also proposed cuts 2 federal funding and tax breaks for higher education. - I wonder why GOP is doing that? Pushing a narrative perhaps?

Tell me something, how much is something worth if everyone has one? Let’s go one left step further, how much is something worth if it’s free?

That’s a whole othr subj. My pt was, why r the REPs intimating that college ed is not worth it? I feel like there’s an ulterior motive. We’ve alwys told our kids U get farther with an ed. As parents we want our kids to to bttr than us. Maybe to keep ppl uneducated, intentionally?

What don’t you get? College was sold to everyone which was wrong. It’s not for everyone.

Whatever dude the article wasn’t abt how college isn’t for everyone. Read it
