I see this strategy as a “no win” action for POTUS. He already looks guilty by the constant weighing in on investigation. Also, it’s not his job. This is an independent investigation. Congress and DOJ will be the checks-balances.

Dragging? I'd say he's fairly sprinting, compared to the Nixon investigation.

They are running scared from the truth. This emphasizes the denial and then the complete lack of intention to follow through on the facts. If they felt Mueller had nothing, they wouldn't be all over this in such a desperate way.

Katelyn, you took the words right out of my mouth. Great Job ! They are also worried about Mueller Investigating their finacial dealings that may tie them into Russia's Putin.

Please review your headlines for the Benghazi/Email investigations? In particular, I'd like to know if you characterized investigations lasting YEARS as 'drags on' as SC Mueller's time is <1 year.

And the closer he gets to the true facts the more they will complain. If there is nothing to be found, you would think they would want to help with the work instead of throwing up objections.

Yes. By all means. Try to stop an investigation that has proven they are on to something with indictments. Proof they only want to protect Trump and have no interest in protecting our country.

This may be a distant aside but it feels like a good time for someone to produce a “Confessions of a Nazi Spy” themed movie. There are so many parallels to the current Trump/Russia scandal. Anti FBI rhetoric is not the least among them. See the original on TCM or TCM stream.
