CA citizens aren’t snowflakes. We realize it’s safer for all if we don’t pick on those less fortunate. I don’t think San Francisco will notice any TrumpHumpers changing vacation plans. If anything, Bubba Gumps and other shit restaurants will be replaced by local fare.

The jurors acquitted because the bullet was fired at the sidewalk and ricocheted off the ground about 80 feet away to hit the victim. There could have been lesser charges such as reckless endangerment but I don't believe the prosecutors pursued them.

Being tough on immigration ain't gonna make tragedies like this decline. Stricter gun laws will. the killing was deemed an accident. Yes, the defendant did have prior arrests, but none involving violence.

No, they acquitted her because there was lack of evidence of intent to kill her. The bullet ricocheted 80 ft from her. No sniper could plan that sort of shot. He was found guilty of weapons charges.

Should have been involuntary manslaughter, but the libs out there knew he wouldnt be convicted of murder so thats what they charged him with, what a miscarrage of justice

This is an incredibly reckless and ignorant thesis. Read the analysis of the alternate juror and learn.
