        I've seen these superficial surveys decades ago. They're phony back then & I'll bet they're still phony now. The questions asked are usually NOT specific enough. Ex: Most think a higher salary means a few $/hr. But if mentioned "for a $100,000 more", you'd get different results.

        Excellent point TO. You can collect data to fit almost any situation, but many times it takes a sharp mind to "weed-out" the biased information.
