Wtf. Why can’t you bake a cake for someone? This idiot baker is ridiculous. Not to mention prejudiced. Maybe we don’t all completely approve of all his life choices either. #LoveIsLove

the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened - JFK. The baker's rights are threatened/diminished.

Let the business person decide. There are plenty of businesses that don't care who they serve. One person's rights shouldn't overshadow another person's rights.

So what if I dont want to serve women or black people or fat people or straight? Up to the business? I swear as a Christian I can say Christians are some of the most difficult an hateful people.

If you allow this deplorable to discriminate; you will have to let others discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, etc. They can all claim a “religious” or “moral” basis for being a scumbag.

Especially since this “religious” reason is complete BS. Jesus explicitly said to serve those who are marginalized or discriminated against. It’s not like the baker is being forced to marry a guy, just bake a cake.

If a man chooses to refuse a group of customers, he can't both (a) claim to believe in a free-market and (b) want the government to protect him from the reaction of that market. This is the market...not the Church...and it's not a Christian market.

So does this mean that gay people can't buy donuts and bread at his shop either? Is there some kind of test they have to pass or does he just feel them up and try to determine their sexuality?
