        The wealthy don't need any more money. Their investments earn as they sleep. They don't spend enough of it as it is and what they do buy is stupid and predictable and deductible. They aren't the ones who need help. Why is this so hard to understand?

        I totally disagree. They should pay capital gains taxes on them at the 15% level. These universities aren’t using their endowments for the students. In 2014 Yale paid $480m to private equity fund managers as compensation charged students $291m
