        They should probably just phase out the super old ones by offering the existing tenants #housingvouchers. And have them move elsewhere. Years of neglect have made many housing projects into money pits when it comes to maintenance.

        Nope .... not buying into this for a minute. Cities/states need to step up to the plate & be held accountable for these social service projects. The federal government cannot continue to be the primary source of funding - or expectations.
