Clutch the pearls much, @WSJ ?
Guess it slipped your mind that Charles Windsor is divorced and that he married his divorced mistress, and he’s next in line to head The Firm. Oh, and he’s never held a paying job. Oh,the entitlement!

"Divorced American" aka a single woman. Gotta love the WSJ.
-
Lol. Being divorced matters to them (unlike Americans where clearly anything at all goes) so it's remarkable. It was a major deal when Charles and Diana even separated.
-
You obviously missed the point. History lesson aside (thanks) - the world view on everything has evolved greatly since then.

Yes I can't wait for a mulatto baby in the castle. Plunk it right on ol' Liz's lap. Fire up the BBQ, and crank up the Rap music! Best thing to happen to the monarchy.

Remind me again how people get to be considered "royals" and have everything paid for by commoners after 1643? Open your eyes Britain, the Monarchy is a joke.

because you think of Wallis and how King Edward VIII had to abdicate his thrown but if his father and brother, who both are next in line to the thrown, can be married to commoners, why would would there objection to his engagement?
-
if they have the foresight to see that a commoner would be queen one day, then they better accept Meghan.
