Ask the PPL what they want....Ask them to write down exactly what they want from their Govt. See what U get.

Lol. Neither can fix the situation. They are cronies to the political machine.

If Buckhead is a ritzy white bubble, why do blacks when they obtain money go and buy a house there to live? Why does the article say when whites move back in property values increase? Is that a bad thing? Does that mean when blacks become predominant prices drop??

Well they could always bring back the slums if they feel it's better for the city.

When a $175k annual income and no debt can’t afford Kirkwood, Oakhurst, etc. there is a problem.

It is a little more complicated than that. I should have added “while maintaining the same current monthly payment” and with buying a house half my current sq ft. I’ll be happy to do the math for you.

That's one of the joys of living in the city. You get less property, higher taxes for the privilege of being in the city. I personally don't feel the trade offs are worth it.

Less property isn’t the issue, I am a 2 person house, I don’t need an acre lot. What I save in gas and commuting insanity pays for slighty higher taxes. City isn’t controlling infill development adequately.
