Couldn't whites sue every college that lowers standards for PoC to admit those students over whites in the name of diversity?

I'm aware. So why would this probe come to a different conclusion? Isn't this covered in the above case?

Ah Harvard, isn't that the school that taught @BarackObama how to circumvent the Constitution?

Harvard student body breakdown as follows. White 45%, Asian 16.6%, Hispanic 10.1%, African American less than 7%, international student 11.9%. 9.8% undeclared. If 16.6% Asian seems "a lot", you might not want to visit UC Berkeley or any LA schools. CA banned affirmative action.

The article was about Harvard admissions and affirmative action. Therefore student body demographics is more relevant? I would certainty hope affirmative action not used for residents and tourists demographics. :)

Asian student demographics spot checking. Ivy league ranges from 13-18%. CA only state affirmative action not used in public uni. admission. UC Berkeley 35.3%, UCLA 29.4% (public) Stanford 20%, USC 21.3% (private). Private schools follow FEDERAL affirmative action guideline.

Interesting for sure! Caltech (43% Asian and 61% male) is a bit of an outlier. Entire university is made up of primarily engineering and pure science departments. Perhaps student demographics might be more typical of engineering/pure science depts within other universities???

No duh. This is widely known among Asians that most all top ivy schools have been doing this for DECADES.

100% certain all students attending Harvard have plenty of merit to be there. Diversity is just that added bonus.

Black students who are 400 points lower SAT than Asians get admitted. That’s added bonus?
