This is insane! It's okay to block federal funds for highways if the state drinking age is under 21, but this isn't? Regardless of opinion on sanctuary cities, this is selective interpretation of the law. This will be appealed, SCOTUS will overturn, and more $$ wasted.

We distinguish two type of illegal immigrants: those with a criminal intent and those fleeing from politics, poverty, etc. The latter typically enriches our communities and hence we help them. The criminals are prosecuted and jailed and later deported. Hope POTUS will too one day

The facial story is good; I smell a stinky rat of exploitative sadistic sex abuses & engine for defamation of trafficked Asian victims — heinous racism in the guise of standing against Hispanic drug cartel racism over their abused victims- CLASSIC OBAMAN

This could actually be great. Now States can choose which federal regulations they want to obey. So goodbye to the EPA, FDA, dept of Ed, and everyone can now drink! I guess this also legalizes pot nationwide.

I have lost confidence in our judicial system. So many decisions appear partisan which would be ok if these judges were elected, but they are not.
