        I understand contracts that include bonuses when leadership helps a company meet or exceed forecast. Contracts should clearly state that company leadership gets nothing except that they are shown the door when they fail. Standard practice needs to change.

        And this nonsense is precisely why the current proposed tax plan is such BS. Any monies saved by corporate tax cuts will simply go into the pockets of top tier management. Trickle down economics is trumped by greed every time. And yes, the choice of verb is deliberate.
