Back in my era we called that being “thin skinned”. People have become unable to handle their personal issues

Just cause you old folks didn’t have enough balls to speak up against harassment & bullying doesn’t make us pussies. It makes you a generation of failures who did nothing to protect the future generation. You are friggin miserable.

Bullied or managed? Controlled or directed? The new work force is full of pansies and pussies.

Treated rudely once in a month is defined as being bullied? Stupidity like this desensitizes people to the problem where it truly exists.

Uh, that's what used to be called having a job. You put up with stuff. You had to. You didn't have the option of complaining about being 'bullied'. You would have been laughed out of the building.

Everyone knows about this but the states don't have labor laws against workplace bullying., so the employers get a free pass. I was bullied & harassed but still denied unemployment cuz the employer didn't technically fire me.
