America has had a $500 billion drug war for 30 years that hasn't accomplished anything.

Why not legalize and effectively destroy the underground market where all the violence takes place?

Yes we need a society full of dopers and drugged out citizens ,...winning strategy!

The drug addiction rate has remained constant for 30 years. Those who want to use drugs are already doing so. Thinking the government can make it stop is absurd. Murdering people who wish to use drugs is inconsistent with the liberty that America was founded upon.

The United States should not be supporting a man who sends out death squads to combat drug crimes. Mercilessly killing civilians is not the American way, nor should it ever be.

Trump cannot influence Duterte by condemning him. Duterte is not a threat to the United States. Trump has to focus on NK, Iran and trade deficits. Philippines have been bloody for 20 years.
