Your article had a glaring mistake. Drivers are paid by mileage and distance only. There is no commission structure anymore. Depending on the trip, Uber takes anywhere up to 70% of the fare paid by the rider. Please check your facts before publishing. Does this look like 25%?pic.twitter.com/tEVdR66C3f

Outright lie, @uber can take part of the 35% of the fare they take for themselves and give it to drivers. 35% for a simple app and payment handling is sub-prime economic usury.

They are killing the car service industry, they make it so cheap, so driver can’t make living with driving. And they cheating with driver’s , so they can gives huge money to the investor.

How about giving the drivers a bigger split? Uber takes 70%? And you wonder why they are making less with gas prices going up. Beating up your vehicle. Its a joke and wont last until they make major changes. Take it from a former driver.

interesting that the only resolution to this would be Uber upping the 25% drivers get paid. Supply & Demand an issue in any industry (although Uber priced themselves into a corner)

Driving @Uber and thinking that you are making money is an illusion! Long term you are killing your vehicle! Even though you have a brand new car, it's gonna be garbage in 3 years if you drive uber full time. Uber owners need to sacrifice from their billions to make drivers happy

That's why @uber having alternative competitors recently. And I'm afraid they will have more competitors. @taxifyapp launching in Toronto with 1000 cars very soon!

@APPropst Is it even economically logical for spikes and dips in Uber's daily business to not have some sort of monetary effect on the wages of Uber drivers?
