So a "Federal Judge" gave illegal aliens the right to sue the President of the United States over an unconstitutional law?!? What is that Judge's name?

No surprise another far left liberal rules from the bench not the laws. Congress will make the laws for this next year!

Since when did a a federal judge obtain authority to order a president to violate the law? Since @KenPaxtonTX quit on the job I guess someone else is going to have to step up and point out DACA was illegal. #DoesPrivateCitizenHaveStandingToBringSuit

Considering the previous administration lacked legal authority to issue the Executive Order creating #DACA, what makes you think a judge can authorize it?

Says who? The President had the authority to issue and mandate DACA. You can speak your ass out of your mouth all day long.

It doesn't matter. These are decisions taken by conservative leaning judges. Decisions not based on merit and constitutionality. Two words for you: Article II. That gives authority to both Presidents to act on DACA.

        1) The U.S. Supreme Court upheld ending DAPA. 2) Article II doesn't grant that authority. The left leaning judge authored the opinion based on "equal protection" and admits they may ultimately lose because the Obama administration had overstepped its authority.

How did he overstep his authority? Suffice it to say that the Constitution and Congress together gave the Executive Office of the President the power to "make or break" things like DACA, and the Supreme Court has, for the most part, upheld the exercise of that kind of power.
