        Yeah, but that’s a problem all in it’s own. You can’t blame the federal government for housing shortages and the unexplainable rationale for consolidating all the jobs into just a handful of cities. Let economics and reality spread things out and level the playing field.

        No, it eliminates tax deductions for mortgage interest over $500k... most houses in major metros in the West cost much more than $500k. Of course, people who pay $1mil+ for homes don’t care about saving a few grand a year deducting interest.
