        No. It still is automatic restrict. AF cops have full assault charge which delineates family relation. It's supposed to be entered DV in sys

        Who is responsible, specifically responsible, for notifying the FBI? My guess is that the military justice system, that is the lawyers and judges, as suppose to do it.
