        There is a lot of spending around hurricanes so I don't why you think that is a disruption. Perhaps you don't live in a hurricane prone area

        I get the point and u assume the current GDP is a 90. Maybe it is actually a 97. Getting those other 3 pts might mean tanking other classes.
