Cannot attach strings to the 1st Amendment based on feelings. One persons impassioned truth, is another's "hate speech" #DOESNTWORKTHATWAY

1/2. I think we need to be careful, the is a diference between speech that is hateful and speech that incites violence,

2/2. The constitution protects hateful speech but not speech that calls for or incites violence. We need to be careful when we ban words.

Hate speech is awful. But it is, & should be, 1st A protected, ala "blind justice", else someone is sitting in judgment. I don't want that.
