        Please let us know why this isn't opening more choices? It literally allows a consumer to buy insurance from other states = more choices

        Those choices have been there 4 several yrs. no ins co's have done it becuz it's too expensive to negotiate provider networks

        Not true ...ACA allowed it, but ins co's can't afford to spend time negotiating provider networks across state lines ...

        No one wants it because it’s expensive. If there were more options and competition cost would lower. It’s basic economics.
