        Freedom of speech not freedom from consequences. Hate speech can be on both fronts and yes folks both should be protected. If you think otherwise, than you prove your own intolerance. Sad but true.

        Yes, Freedom of Speech is protected by Constitution. So is Right to Bear Arms. But you still can be convicted by using either of those.
