50% of men say it's enough if 1 in 10 senior leaders is a woman. It's not, says Sheryl Sandberg at #WSJWomenIn http://on.wsj.com/2gtvNIB pic.twitter.com/6UJABt8xyN

It's not enough, but is the person who sold Facebook data to Russia the right person to carry this message? She literally empowered Trump.

We needed equality of opportunity- and we got it. We can, should, and do encourage women to strive to lead. That’s as far as that should go.

Omg, I can attest that women in power are the WORST. I always hated working 4 women.

I was always in doubt bout what was worse. Sexual harassment by a male boss or the sabotage of a female one.

Experienced both. Both are horrible in their own way. Common denominator, the abuser makes you feel powerless &defensive. No way to win.

A majority of the senior leaders in the WH are men. And that's going really really well. #GolfPres #MAGA @GOP @colbertlateshow @sethmeyers

How about we dump the gender and race conversations and just hire the most skilled and capable? Pretty crazy, huh?

Whether they want to go that route or if they want to be a homemaker or anything inbetween. I believe that's as legit a choice as a career.

Let me add, my priorities shifted a lot in the last couple years. It's not about work being difficult; my big thing has become time. Granted

Okay, then that sucks! IYO is the drama the source of stress? If so, that's an enormous issue. (I've found it far worse in smaller offices.)

I think a lot has to do with mental load. Men are more free and it is more socially acceptable to solely focus on work.
