Of course, employers need to property vet potential employees. Not just gawk at their breast size; or vice versa with a male.

No. More times than not, the woman is qualified & isn’t given the job because women are seen as innately less qualified. Sexism is real

There are women that use sex appeal to their advantage; there are men that do that too. It isn’t a one way street.
