        There are so many holes in your theory. The top 10% pay more in taxes, but they DO NOT pay 70+% of their income. There's a big difference 1/

        So? They earn MORE than 71% of net income and own FAR MORE than that share of all assets in U.S. They should pay MORE.

        Top earners aren't necessary the ones with top wealth, important difference. Second, it's only pointing out that they pay a disproportionate share, which one wouldn't think based on general narrative.
