Having more than 2 kids should be a Tax Penalty, a Luxury Child Tax, why should you get a break for overpopulating the Earth?

There should be a tax credit for couples marriage milestones. Without family there will be no America. #accountabilitymatters

Child tax credit is not automatic, you have to qualify for it. And its normally Capped between $1000 to $2000 per person, and not per Child.

A Middle-class tax cut, or Tax increase applies to the entire Middle-class,unlike Child Tax credit which applies only to a handful of Payers
