        Catalonia has strong economy BECAUSE its part of Spain which is part of EU and EURO and got saved with 110 billion € from EURO zone loans.

        1) There are two ways of approaching this. One, is agreeing on Independence and on EU inclusion and Spanish debt and infrastrcture.

        Catalonia gets loan every year from Spain. Their principal incomes comes from Spain. Their accumulate debt is 55M euros with the government.

        Catalonia only gets part of what it produces in taxes. That is no loan, its their money in the first place.
