        Has absolutely NOTHING to do w/ climate change. FL citrus industry got hurt worst during FREEZES in late 70's, this is a pest carried virus

        It's a disease caused by a bacterium spread by insects too small to kill effectively with pesticides and this epidemic predates Trump.
