Why do i feel like world affairs are a hobby for him? His interests lie with chanting crowds and retweets, not with diplomats. #UNGA #Trump

I don't even think world affairs are a hobby, that implies interest. He just wanted the TITLE of president and the adoration, NOTHING MORE

Fair point. Perhaps pastime is the better word here. Either way the result is the same: his investments are in himself and himself alone.

        2. "Realpolitik" is pursuit of nat'l interests on pragmatic rather than ideological or moral grounds, i.e. a foreign policy of the possible

Return to realpolitik? Henry Kissinger isn't even dead yet and he's spinning and in the grave reading that headline

The people who write these articles seem to think he has a plan rather than just knee-jerk reactions. He is a ship without a rudder.
