        "Russians" can't "hack" the machines if they are not connected to the Internet. Use dial up modems to report results. More secure.

        What's so funny about that? I am dead serious. If they are connected modem to modem at each end, there is no way to "hack in" from Russia

        It is a direct private connection between the two machines. Impossible to "hack into" across the Internet.

        Most voting machines aren't connected to internet. The EMS machines which provide the memory cards are and are the ones typically hacked.
