America's new self-driving-car infrastructure will emanate & expand from "Ground Zero" in New York, the World Transportation Center (WTC).

Driverless cars will always automatically obey all traffic laws, obsoleting police traffic patrols & enabling sweeping police reform.

Now that cellphones are everywhere, we can abolish police patrols by legally limiting cops' power of arrest to 9|11 phone call complaints.

Tesla building HUGE factories (incl. the world's biggest battery factory) and charging network. That costs billions. Otherwise v. profitable

This is why i cant see tesla building a mass car! There is no fuel stations and its not easy to wait hours to fill the battery!

Tesla has a big charging network (https://www.teslarati.com/map/ ) + you can charge at many hotels, restaurants + anywhere with a plug (incl. home).
