We need a quick marijuana test so users won't lose jobs for casual use while hung over co-workers breeze by. Hypocrisy. Btw, not a user.

Have no idea. Will leave that to experts. Impaired is impaired. Whatever that level is works for me. Wasn't really addressing dui though.

Hate Twitter. 140 char not enough. Ha. My point. Find a fair way to test whether impaired so no one loses livelihood over a damn plant.

If there's no way to tell if a driver is high, then is the driver really impaired?

If marijuana is legalized, we need a test to differentiate between "smoked pot last friday night" and "smoked pot on the way to work".

It's a conundrum but overall one doesn't drive when high. Or go anywhere. It's a couch thing. With food. But yeah, don't drive. Order in.

As the article states, THC compounds can stay around for months after use. The trick is determining a standard for testing impairment.

In the near future, when we have self-driving cars, DUI will be impossible & police traffic patrols will be obsolete.
