Why not consider fixing the problems that are causing the rudeness? People arent just rude, there is a cause to the frustration.

Most rudeness comes from a Forman attempting to get people to work , its adult baby sitting most of the time !

I've watched as human beings were forced to hide in a warehouse, because the CEO was coming and they weren't attractive enough to be seen.
