        But you certainly don't facilitate it! China puts all sorts of roadblocks to our companies and forces technology transfers, etc.

        All it does is to force the Chinese to build the entire defense infrastructure from ground up and self relevant, which they have.

        Not really ground up. China built its hardware based on purchased or stolen Russian and American technology. There is nothing original.

        中国のチップ技術はSGIを買収して得たもので製造プロセスは0.9マイクロとか0.6マイクロとかWindows95時代の技術である。しかし、このチップを使って世界最速のスパコンを作ってるらしい。一応特許を買ってる形にはなっているようである。
