        People get fired for violating corporate rules all the time. Plus, CA is "at will". Not a free speech case. No case at all.

        His message would be more valid if he left the gender bias out of it. He had to go there. Women are inferior and not suited for men's work.👎

        Then he should have stuck to stats about men to women in tech fields and not give his opinion about women being neurotic, emotional, weak.
