Fuck no! Even if CA weren't an at-will employment state! He also ain't got a future except maybe at The Trump Organization.
-
He has a Harvard PhD in Systems Biology, I bet your employer would give him your job...that is if he wanted one at minimum wage.

People get fired for violating corporate rules all the time. Plus, CA is "at will". Not a free speech case. No case at all.

if you haven't read the doc, be careful with media headlines. his POV is not a disparaging one.

Depends on google policies and codes. Guessing a made up outrage will allow this guy a hefty payday

-
Also depends on labor laws, state and federal. Google knew the law when they fired him & knew how much it would cost them when they settle

His message would be more valid if he left the gender bias out of it. He had to go there. Women are inferior and not suited for men's work.

-
he said nothing about inferiority. he said genders display differences when large groups are compared.
-
And statistically he is correct
-
Then he should have stuck to stats about men to women in tech fields and not give his opinion about women being neurotic, emotional, weak.
-
he cited research, never said weak, and defined neurotic. it's not the bad thing you think it is. read the document.
