        AZ voters want pub schools fully funded. Current funding is less than 2008 levels, the state doesn't fully fund needed Capitol improvements

        No teachers unions here in AZ. Grassroots effort by citizens of all political parties, parents with kids in private, charter &public school

        If a special needs child needs a self-contained placement there are federal dollars for that unrelated to vouchers.
