        Armed or unarmed doesn't matter. If presenting a deadly threat, like Mike Brown, then the cop can and should kill. Forensic proof.

        I've worked with the police for years as a medic. I've used most any weapon cops carry. Non-lethal devices seldom work. Just a fact.
