        Under international law, soldiers are exempt from criminal charges.Child soldiers are even more protected.Both of these were denied to Khdar

        The Canadian government only followed the court ruling. The guy was detained for nothing at all! Never charged but, tortured by the US gov.

        He was in prison!!! He admitted having fought and killed! The only issue at stakes here is Canada not having allowed him proper defense.

        Wow… this is super misleading! The Canadian government was poised to pay $30M if Trudeau didn't settle. Omar Khadr was never charged.
