Luckily in Norway we can install solar panels and not paying taxes on the electricity produced. And getting paid for what goes back to grid

Also in winter it's 99% hydropower in Norway... And yes, the solar panels produces then as well. Not as much as from spring to autumn

Yes, there's not much solar here. Yet... But it's starting to grow. Many big company's are installing on warehouses and offices
