        drugs would help. New developments are outrageously priced for up to 12-15 years so drug companies can recoup R&D. Changes to that structure

        Since over 1/2 of those on M/caid are children, elderly, & disabled and the majority of the rest do work, wouldn't it make more sense to pay

        and paying higher wages. Costco is a model of paying higher wages and treating their employees right and they aren't going out of business.
