Yes because equations equal quality employees. Just like keyword searches on resumes mean the people you hire didn't just use the right

Words and not just get lucky that they hit all the keywords to get their resume read thoroughly. Face to face discussion is still better

reason they "work" is cause frankly most (serious) applicants can do most jobs - esp entry level - so there's really no wrong answer
