Its sad that women need to ward a badge. I was taught as a child to always offer my seat to an older or pregnant woman.

You're right about kids. That's why whenever one does what he/she should, I lavish praise on 'em. Parents not raising kids right nowadays.

Based on personal experience, the people who usually give up their seats for pregnant women are other women, often elderly ones.
