        Yes there is, approved in the CA senate, it's just over ambitious, they'll fine tune/figure it out, will take a while tho I'm sure

        All the countries who have single payer have higher taxes yes, but piece of mind, resources, plus insurance co's are the ones who profit now

        The article implies that no one pays. I pay $16k/yr. In single payer that money can go non profit instead of billions in insurance profits

        I think it's an excellent idea to try single payer in CA. Simply expand the Kaiser system already in place. It's very efficient.

        Ive had Premier Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Tricare and Kaiser. Kaiser was the worst, by far.
