        Prican voters not even endorsed the referendum event itself, 2.4M could have voted, only 23% did. Only 500k were motivated to endorse state.

        In 2012 plebiscite Puerto Rico's Statehood option got 834,191 votes but today it only got 501,193 votes, 332,998 less.
