All hacks exploit human error. Most peeps are clueless and careless.
An error committed by a US agency receiving tax money in excess of $10bio/year.
You didn't read. The error was all these companies not installing the newest software patch for months that stopped it.
That of course justifies the NSA not informing the whole wide world about vulnerabilities they discovered years ago. Few of them patched.
Can count on human error all the time.
