If there aren't already terms of conditions for live feeds like YouTube has, there should be. But they aren't responsible for his video.

Also what is @WSJ's obsession with policing content on the Internet? It's almost like they're threatened by YT, FB, etc.

NO. FB is not responsible for every online post. Nor should it be.

This is super tricky! Without the video, may not have evidence of who committed crime. On other hand, it can encourage the coo coos.😕🙁

It is an obvious plea 4 help. I would hope @facebook would create some type trigger button for distress where people viewing can alert them

Also, law might need to change where if people watching &do not call for help can be charged as accessory. Maybe would discourage viewers

Everyone who saw it is guilty. Everyone who saw it and did nothing about it had a moral responsibility to report it and/or take action.

Obviouslt, @facebook needs a 30 minute lag time, or an "until approved" lag on the "live stream."

NO! Despite difficulties, FB & Twitter posts do help law enforcement. You're pushing censorship harms more people & furthers govt control.
